These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Omniview Media’s website and services. By working with us, you agree to the following:

Services

We provide video production, drone videography, editing, and related creative services. Project details (scope, timelines, pricing) will be agreed upon in individual contracts or proposals.

Payments

• A deposit may be required to begin a project.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Projects may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability.

Ownership & Usage Rights

• Final Deliverables: Clients receive rights to use the final edited video(s) once full payment is made.
• Raw Footage: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Omniview Media retains ownership of raw/unedited footage.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, location access, and any necessary permissions for filming.

Limitation of Liability

Omniview Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any project is limited to the total amount paid for that project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
